Interactive voice response (IVR) is a technology that enables pre-recorded voice prompts to ask prospects questions and capture their answers by either recording the responses in audio format or recognizing their touch-tone keypad response through Dual-tone multi-frequency signaling (DTMF). Our platform will also recognize a “YES” or “NO”.

Simply put a caller phones in or is live transferred into your IVR path. Through the path you can ask them a series of questions and based on their responses you can ask additional qualified questions or move on to the next section. The answers they give are captured and recorded for proper recordkeeping and compliance.
